What the Service is
FreePainter is a free, no-account AI painter — oil, watercolor, ink, pastel, and more. You type a subject, we send it to a third-party inference provider, and return the result to your browser. Outputs live on the provider’s CDN and expire after a short period — download anything you want to keep.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to generate content that:
- Is sexually explicit or pornographic
- Depicts or sexualizes minors in any way
- Promotes violence, self-harm, or terrorism
- Constitutes a deepfake of a real, identifiable person without their consent
- Includes hate speech or targeted harassment
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
Rate limits
Free and rate-limited to 5 image generations and 1 video generation per IP per hour. Automated scripting or scraping is prohibited.
Your outputs
Outputs are yours for personal and experimental use. We make no ownership claim. Check the underlying model’s license before commercial use.
No warranties
Provided “as is” without warranty. We do not guarantee uptime, output quality, or continued availability. The Service may be modified or discontinued without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreePainter and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
